Prefabricated Housing
Building process
We specialise on the delivery of 1st fix (part finished) homes but we can also offer further finish with our partners. The superstructure comes with the internal walls finished with gypsum fibreboard, taped & jointed and with a first coat of render externally, this is then ready for the final finish coat or final finish e.g. brick. Our system build also includes windows and the entrance door and if requested we can incorporate pre-installed electrical ducting and waste & sanitary pipes.
We work with your architect or designer on the plans of your building project to ensure that you can fully maximise the benefits of automated factory production. We will create, with you, the most cost effective, energy efficient and highly designed quality house which will be delivered on time and for a fixed price.
Delivery, erection and finish
After approval of final plans and sign-off by the client, production starts in the factory with a lead time of normally 12 weeks. We will then deliver the superstructures to the building site and erect them onto a finished slab. It would usually take two days to have a typical 2 storey house wind and watertight and 2 days to finish it internally up to our 1st fix finish.
